Monday, May 27-----NO SCHOOL – MEMORIAL DAY!

Tuesday, May 28-----School will dismiss @ 3:00 P.M. today.

          H.S. baseball @ Laurens, 5:30 P.M.

Wednesday, May 29-----School will dismiss @ 3:00 P.M. today

 and 1:00 P.M. tomorrow

Thursday, May 30-----School will dismiss @ 1:00 P.M. today.

          Today is the last school day of the 2012-13 school year.

          M.S. classes will be shortened to 22 minutes each today. 

          There will be no elementary specials today. 

          Lunch will begin at 11:00 A.M.

          Elementary Fun Day – 11:30 P.M. 

          Faculty Professional Development beginning at 1:15 P.M.

At the December 18^th, Gilmore City-Bradgate CSD Board of Education meeting, a motion

to send 7^th and 8^th grade classes to West Bend was approved.  Low enrollment within

those two classes was a major concern that led the Board of Education to this decision. 

This action will take effect beginning with the 2013-2014 school year.

At a joint school board meeting, the Gilmore City-Bradgate and West Bend-Mallard School

Boards of Education will meet to approve the amendments to the present whole-grade

sharing contract.  This meeting will be held in Gilmore City on Tuesday, January 22.
